Motivated Fitness Boot Camp
Our vision is to provide a fun and unique fitness boot camp that helps individuals achieve long term success while providing them with great support and dedication. Motivated Fitness Boot Camp will enable you to lose those unwanted pounds, build lean muscle, and improve your overall health and appearance all while having fun!
We will unleash the athlete in you! Participants will work the entire body while improving strength, balance, stability, core, agility, and their cardiovascular system all in one work out.

Each exercise program and hour long session is customized towards achieving the goal, whether that be weight loss, injury prevention/rehabilitation, lean muscle gain, increased cardiovascular endurance or full body fitness. Every session will include self myofacial release techniques (foam rolling), dynamic and static stretching, core and resistance training, and balance work. You will also receive and unlimited email/text support.
Small Group Training
All training packages are monthly membership packages and prices vary based on the level of membership you select. All training sessions are booked on a monthly basis and each session will last for 55 minutes.
- Small group training consist of 2-6 people
Workplace Wellness Challenges and Programs
The Wellness Challenge is a 4-6-week overhaul that inspires people to move more and eat better. Participants are asked to meet with a coach three times over the course of 6 weeks for goal setting, as well as exercise and diet coaching. People report that they are happier, more energized, and have developed stronger bonds with people who supported them in making healthy lifestyle changes.
